The Smile Systems Dental Guard comes with 4 different guards in 2 different sizes. These guards are heated up in warm water and then custom fit to the patient's teeth for a perfect fit. Dental guards are primarily for protecting teeth while sleeping from clenching, grinding, and bruxism. The kit also comes with a storage case to protect the guard when not in use.
